Cancel or change your subscription
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed, not on which device you are using now. A subscription bought on an iPhone is cancelled through Apple even if you are sitting at a desktop, and one bought on the website is cancelled on the website even if you mostly use the phone app.
If you are not sure which applies, sign in at workingvpn.com/account. The subscription panel names your billing source and shows a button that takes you to the right place.
Bought on the website
Open your account page and choose Manage Subscription. That opens the billing portal, where you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your payment card.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app
Apple handles the billing, so cancellation happens in your Apple account. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
From inside the app: open Settings, then Manage subscription. That opens Apple’s own subscription screen.
From iOS directly: Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then WorkingVPN, then Cancel Subscription.
Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in a browser.
Bought in the Android app
Google handles the billing, so cancellation happens in Google Play.
From inside the app: open Settings, then Manage subscription.
From Google Play directly: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then WorkingVPN, then Cancel subscription.
Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in a browser.
Paid with cryptocurrency
Crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your Premium access runs until the date shown on your account page and then stops. To keep it going, add more time from the account page before it expires.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period: you keep Premium until the date you already paid through, then the account returns to the free tier.
Your account, settings, and saved locations stay exactly as they are. You can resubscribe later without creating a new account.
Refunds
Cancelling and requesting a refund are different things.
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us, because they took the payment. Website purchases are covered by our refund policy.
Deleting your account
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. If you want the account and its data removed, use the delete option on your account page. Cancel the subscription first: deleting the account does not stop billing at Apple or Google.
